I washed then sliced my Yukon gold potatoes, then brushed them with a, 1 stick of butter mixed with 1 TBSP of salt, 1 TBSP of fresh garlic, rosemary and thyme. Place in your heated oven to 400° cover and baked for 20 minutes. Remove and stuff the slices with your favorite cheese then brush with the last of your butter mix top with crisp bacon pieces. Place back into your oven for 15 minutes uncovered remove and enjoy
