Fried cabbage with sauteed onions and kielbasa sausage, I wanted to add egg noodles but I didn’t have any 😥
I chopped and washed 1 head of cabbage, while it drained I sliced half of an onion and slice the sausage fry them in bacon fat. Just enough to cover the bottom of your pan. Once the onions soft add the cabbage then season TO YOUR TASTE, I used garlic, onion powder and season salt. Stir well and fry on medium high heat stirring frequently until the cabbage starts to brown or until you’ve reached your desired crispness or softness. We enjoyed this with cornbread
